Legal Advice Services

The Centre provides three telephone advice line services:

The Legal Advice Services aims to:

 

  • give you an understanding of your legal rights,
  • provide advice and assistance about strategies available to have your rights respected, and
  • provide advice and assistance with available remedies where your rights are being overlooked or a wrong and adverse decision has been made. 

The advice lines are the method of first time contact and in some cases ongoing support.  We have message services on the advice lines, as the advice lines are frequently very busy, if you leave a message with a name and a contact number, we will return your call as soon as practicable.
